In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter "the Law"), we inform you of the following:

Xatrix Technologies, S.A. de C.V., (hereinafter "Xatrix"), indicating for purposes of this Privacy Notice the address located at Monte Elbruz 124 Floor 2 Office 212 B, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec III Section, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Postal Code 11000, Mexico City, will be responsible for the personal data provided by individuals (hereinafter "the Owner"), for itself or for any of the commercial companies that are its controllers, subsidiaries or affiliates.

The processing of the Owner's personal data will be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions, so that, from this moment, it is understood that the Owner grants their consent for such processing.

The information that may be collected by Xatrix directly from its Owner with their full consent consists of: name, email, address, telephone, nationality, date of birth, marital status, company and position. In case of job applications, Xatrix will additionally collect: desired employment; availability to relocate and travel; desired income; level of education; languages and level; professional experience; interests; skills and curriculum vitae; in case of billing, Xatrix will additionally collect: federal taxpayer registry.

Likewise, during your visit to this page, Xatrix may automatically collect the following information about your computer and your visit: (i) The domain and server from which you access the Internet, (ii) the Internet address of the page from which you directly linked to our page, if applicable, (iii) The date and time you entered our page and how long you stayed on the page and what areas you visited, (iv) Your Internet Protocol (IP) address and (v) Your computer's operating system and browser software. We may employ third parties to handle these performance measures, however in no case do we obtain information about the individual identity of any visitor. Such third parties must observe our privacy standards and provide us with only the information in its entirety, to use the information collected only for the purposes for which the third party was hired, and then destroy the information. It is the responsibility of the Owner of Personal Data to guarantee that the Data provided to Xatrix are truthful and complete, as well as to communicate to Xatrix any modification in them in order to comply with the obligation to keep the information updated.

The temporality of the handling of the Owner's Personal Data in all cases will be only for the reasonable time and to comply with the obligations that arise by reason of the link that the Owner has with Xatrix.

The information delivered to Xatrix will be duly safeguarded, preserved and protected with appropriate technological and physical means in order to prevent its loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft. Only those persons strictly authorized, whether employees, service providers or business partners, will have access to the information, who have assumed the commitment to keep the information under strict order of confidentiality and security; for this purpose, Xatrix employees sign the Privacy Policy, and service providers and business partners have subscribed in the agreements and contracts where the confidentiality of the information is expressly agreed.

In the event that the safeguarded personal data are required by an authority of any kind, whether by legal process, to respond to any claim or legal action, or to protect the rights of Xatrix or its clients and the public, this data may be made available to them within strict compliance with the Law.

The Owners of the information will have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of their data, by written request addressed to Xatrix Technologies, S.A. de C.V., at the following address: Monte Elbruz 124 Floor 2 Office 212 B, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec III Section, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Postal Code 11000, Mexico City, during business hours from 10:00 to 17:00, on business days.

Xatrix will respond to requests from the Owner that are exercised by them after accreditation of their identity with official identification (voter credential with photograph, passport, military card, or driver's license), in simple copy and having exhibited the original for comparison, or in case of acting on behalf of a third party, the Public Deed or power of attorney signed before two witnesses must be presented.

Any request to be processed must contain and accompany the following:

I. The name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to their request.

II. The documents that prove the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the owner.

III. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the rights.

IV. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

In the event that the Owner does not indicate an address to receive the response, the request will be considered as not filed, for which the relevant certificate will be issued.

Xatrix will have a period of twenty business days, counted from the date the request was received, or from when the owner resolves the information requirement, to inform the owner whether or not it is accepted. If the request is accepted, it will become effective within the following fifteen days. The referred periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified.

The response to requests will be given at the Owner's choice by email, or by written response when they come directly to Xatrix offices at the indicated address to collect it, being able to reproduce the response in electronic documents, simple copies, or verbally.

For purposes of knowing more in depth the requirements of the requests, origin of the same, forms, and response times, the Owner can contact the data department in any of the following ways: directly at the company's address with the Personal Data Department or at the email address: contacto@xatrix.mx

The Owners of the information will have the right to revoke consent for the processing of their data at any time, for which they must submit their request and meet the indicated requirements, in order for Xatrix to carry out the described procedure.

In the event that Xatrix needs to use your Personal Data for purposes other than those agreed or agreed upon under the legal relationship with the Owner, notification will be given in written, telephone, electronic form, or by any optical, sound, visual or other means that technology allows now or in the future and explaining the new uses intended for such information in order to obtain your authorization.

With this Privacy Notice, the Owners of the information are duly informed of the data that was collected from them and for what purposes, accepting the terms that were prepared in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

Xatrix reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as industry practices, in which case the changes introduced will be announced on this page with reasonable advance notice before its implementation.

This Privacy Notice as well as the general handling of the Law by Xatrix, is governed by the current and applicable legislation in the United Mexican States, so any controversy that arises regarding its application must be aired before the competent Jurisdictional Bodies in Mexico City.
